This is a marathon. Yep, the full 26.2m. Over all terrains and on many different gradients. It is held every year in early September. I did this as my first marathon.

There's advanced chat about possibly entering this as one Pacer group (or maybe identified pairs, two ability groups). Training together and running at the slowest runner's pace.

So, before you sign up to a spring marathon that will involved dark night training, please consider this absolute gem - group training during summer and you'd get the benefit of reccies from folk who 'allegedly' know where they're going...

If interested or you've any questions see me, or Jenny/ Dave Cooper on a club night.
