As soon as you said "Will be expensive", why did I immediately think Jane Tomlinson?

But the race has a sponsor, so surely the entry fee will only be about £5 with option to give to charity.

:silly: Yes, in my dreams, charities continue to rule. Strangely these events do attract our runners. But you concentrate on London first, mate :)

Dublin or Chester are both in October.

I believe the club are considering an organised trip to Dublin but will need to get a move on. Alternatively, I can recommend Chester. Very well organised & supported, about £38 I think & not too far to travel. Flatish course on closed roads & footpaths with a few slight hills at the end.

Did you say a few slight hills at the end of Chester.That's not how i remember that last hill around 23/24 miles. B)
