Pudsey Pacers

Great intro for any Pacers wishing to step up from half marathons but still fearful of the the full 26 and a bit! The route follows the coast on footpaths and shared roads from Portobello and adopts part of the Edinburgh marathon route. The profile is flat with only 300ft ascent and ends in the seaside town of North Berwick - my home town. Scenery amazing (in clear weather...).

Linear characteristic minor logistic issue but GREAT for psychology...

I'm hoping to do this again, likely travelling up on Friday 3rd during the day and return Sun 5th.

There are 2 campsites and loads of B&Bs in NB. Plus a few good eateries and pubs If only a few interested runners I may be able to secure beds with family. My Dad will also likely be running.
