Zoe Tebbutt	Dave Happy to take part if I have a buddy to run with me, I'm up to 13 miles distance wise currently and speed would be between 10 and 11 minute miling (don't like big hills!). Cheers Zoe

Hi, just to say thanks to those replied so far, its good to see some new names expressing interest as well as the usual suspects of course,

This really is a good day out and for those who haven't experienced these relays I can tell you it's a fantastic team experience which everyone who takes part seems to enjoy. If anyone has reservations or questions about this why not collar me at the club and I will be pleased to answer any concerns or queries. Keep those names coming. I am becoming more hopeful we will have an exclusive ladies team this year.
