Is this course 'buggy friendly'. No stiles/gates etc.
I've not run it before.

Yes - the only gate is opened for duration of run. Two climbs each approx 350-400m in length. The course starts behind the cafe and heads towards the A63? then u-turns (part of XC route) back towards foot of The Avenue where it returns to end of first lap... second lap is largely same except for kinder climb up hill to finish.

And part on tarmac, part wide track which will be compact and bit rocky in places...

Thanks Neil,
He can get out and run it himself next year.
See you all on Saturday

Is Temple Newsam easier or more challenging than Bradford Park Run?

Politicians answer... it's different! The TN hill is longer but nowhere as steep and you only cover it twice, unlike Lister which is three. Plus, not a challenging to negotiate as no fairground rides, large rabbits or bollards B) Ah, I can smell the fresh, countryside air already...

Hope to see you there.
