And yes (to endorse another thread), ale does make you run faster, even at my age, though now it's in the direction of the toilet

About 1:20 to 10 mile at Brid, but I started off too slow. The only other 10m race I've done was Harewood Trail last year, which I think I did in about 1:30. Reasonably confident I can do 1:18.
