Your on. Jason Newall managed 1:15 last year, so 1:18 Should be doable.

Be positive, no other way, but don't get carried away: what did you go through 10 mile in on the "flat" Brid?

And yes (to endorse another thread), ale does make you run faster, even at my age, though now it's in the direction of the toilet :blush:

About 1:20 to 10 mile at Brid, but I started off too slow. The only other 10m race I've done was Harewood Trail last year, which I think I did in about 1:30. Reasonably confident I can do 1:18.
