Thanks Nigel yes I should have said I will also be at the track so there is another opportunity for anyone not able to get to the club Tues/Thurs.

Change in the ladies team. Sally has had to rule herself out due to injury. Carole Parkinson will now run on leg 2 with Lucy. Its getting close and we are running out of reserves so look after yourselves out there. Will update with timings and general information a bit later.
