Pudsey Pacers

Hi all. This coming week, Its the last Thursday (30th) in the month again and time for the social run. This month I have been asked to arrange an away run and for those interested this will involve a 6 mile run on good trail paths in the Eccup area. This will suit all abilities I plan to have 3 groups all do the same route but at paces to suit. Meet at Eccup Moor Rd (near the dog kennels) there should be ample parking on what is a quiet road. If we start to meet at around 6:45pm ready to start running at 7pm. Afterwards I propose some light refreshments at The New Inn Eccup.
