Sub 55 minute group training for Tuesday. Total run distance will be 6 miles. 5 of these miles should feel easy (you should be able to talk whilst running). Within the 6 miles there be 5 short (0.1 to 0.3 miles) but high intensity efforts where you will definitely not be able to talk whilst running. 2 of the efforts have the added pleasure of running uphill. For those of you who track your training on Strava all of the 5 efforts are current segments enabling you to track your progress if you have done them before or wish to do them again at some later stage. We are still on road so please wear high vis.
