Further training options this week:

Tues 25th - S.H.I.T.E. (short hills into tempo efforts)

Meet at cenotaph 6.30pm sharp for 3 sets x 4 hills (12). Distance approx 6.25m. All abilities.

Thurs 27th - Headtorch hill reps (before, so I/ we can then join the social run)

Meet at Bankhouse 6.20pm sharp for pyramid on Scholebrook. Distance approx 5m. Off road footwear, headtorch and mild ignorance of own safety essential.

(No I didn't race yesterday, but covered several miles around Middleton Park with stakes & tape!)
