Tuesday training session for sub 50 minute group is Speed work. Session as follows - Nice steady warm up 1.6 miles We will then work on The Chatsworth Circuit - 3 circuits of this will give you 5k.(Good familiar grounding for all you park runners) The objective will be to complete each circuit faster than the one just completed therefore some discipline and pace management called for. On completion we return to the leisure centre at a nice steady cool down pace. Total mileage 6.1 miles Total elevation or undulation as some prefer to call it - Minimal. High Vis a must, Illuminated Santa Hats optional.
