Training Tuesday 11 April for 12 min group. This week we will be doing a session focused on pace consistency using a circuit in the Westroyd area, with a small section of the session looking at downhill running technique. The total distance of the session including the warm up and cool down will be no more than 4 miles and would be an ideal session for anyone who runs in New Runners wanting to make the move to structured training to join in the session.
