Tonight's session is "An introduction to Off Road Running". It is part 1 of a 2 week intro. (Week 2 will take place on Tuesday 23 May as next week is a recovery run following Leeds Half). This session will focus on stride length. There will be one mile of warm up, the session itself and one mile cool down. I do not expect the whole session to exceed 3 - 3.5 miles total. Due to high numbers in this group please try and run in your usual pace groups tonight. I will be repeating this session for 11 min group when on rotation in summer. Footwear: road shoes will be fine as will trail if you have them. See you tonight!
