Training for the sub 50 minute group will be off road and will provide the opportunity to practice technique in running (or continuing to maintain momentum) up and down hilly trail paths as well as running on rough and (given the rain over the last 24 hours) muddy paths. We are using a circuit measuring just over 1 mile.(Bankhouse Circuit) which includes Lower Bankhouse and Scholebroke La. Trail or Fell Shoes highly recommended.
