Tonight we are doing 3 * 1 mile efforts down at Stanningley Park.

Increasing the pace on each one. We'll run at 10k, 5k then 3k pace. For example a 55 min 10k runner should be around 8.50, 8.30 and 8.10.

The loop is 80% tarmac so road shoes will be fine
