8 minute group training- This week we will be doing 4 * 1 mile efforts, using Occupation Lane, Smalewell Rd, Greenside, Uppermoor. Increasing the pace on each one. We'll go at Half marathon, 10k, 5k and 3k paces. In simpler terms each lap should be 15-20 secs quicker than the previous. Recovery between efforts. Pleas wear Hi-vis.
