YVAA Grand Prix - Spenborough
Sunday 8th Nov at 11.02 (after Remembrance)

Calling all old gits! And maybe some yoofs too... This is the last of the 2015 series and these are the current standings for the 1st 4 to count & rest:

Women - (1st4) Pudsey in 2nd are 1pt ahead of Horsforth (Rest) Pudsey are 80 pts ahead of Stainland... ALL TO PLAY FOR
Men - (1st4) Pudsey in 4th are 29 & 31pts behind Horsforth and Holmfirth respectively (Rest)... BIG TURNOUT NEEDED

And there's also the All To Count. So, if you're fit and able then please consider joining - every performance and every point may count - regardless of your ability. *AND PLEASE INVITE OTHERS IN YOUR ABILITY GROUPS*

Please consider wearing a poppy. And remember your previous race numbers.

There is a free race entry for the Spen fixture available to the first over-35 to confirm interest. Only eligibility is that you've not yet competed previously in any YVAA GP fixture (any year).

Should no over-35 come forward then the next over-30 will be considered. Names below please (indicate in brackets +30 or +35).

The course is multi-terrain, approx 5 miles (part out and back so lots of Pacer encouragement), showers at race HQ and possibly bit of post-run snap. Trail/ off-road recommended. Yellow vest essential.
