Pudsey Pacers

This is a final hooray for the x-country season.
Basically we need 3 person teams to take place in the relay race (each team member will run the 3.5mile course and hand-over to the next)

Ps: Dave B (utler), thanks for your efforts on our behalf towards the organisation of the WYWL. Great sport, great series. Thanks also to Russell for doing the 'sticks' often in the cold and wet.

I am up for this as well, who else is interested in forming relay teams 3 in a team and we can put several teams in if the interest is there.

A reminder - Anyone up for this please get in touch and I will try and put some teams together.

Last year we had 4 teams ( 3 mens and 1 mixed).
