If Mark can tackle the flats of Thirsk then the distance title will be his... I'm now focused on other things - though might throw a tourism wildcard in for this Sat.

not a PB - got that in 2011 but fastest time for a few years at Bradford Park run 22nd March - 23.37 - have been getting 24+ for a long time
