Another year has rolled around and it is Burnsall Feast Sports. 10 Mile undulating road race starting at 2:30 and the classic AS fell race (less than 2 miles, how hard can it be). Plenty of childrens racing on the green and junior fell races for the more committed. Well worth a trip out for the afternoon. All races can be entered on the day.

Looking like we will be fortunate with the weather so should be a nice day. For me it will be my 9th year gracing the classic fell race. I have been training well in the last month or so, lots of long steady runs on the flat; the opposite of that required for Burnsall - the one thing I can guarentee at 4:30pm on Saturday is at least 20 minutes of pain.
