Ilkley incline is this Wednesday at 7pm. As fell races go it has to be one of the easiest going so anyone who fancies the idea of a fell race but is a little bit apprehensive this is a nice one to do.

I say easy but it is a tough one. 1 mile long and all uphill. It starts on a tarmac road which turns into a wide rough track, absolutely no chance of getting lost. It's a tough slog to the top but the view is well worth it. Classed as a CS fell race.

Easy ??? If you want to blow a gasket, this is your race! Smashing event.......give it a try. Suggest incorporating the one mile in a longer training run, giving the necessary warm-up, and a steady cool-down.
