TOPIC: Long Run, Thursday 18th April 2013 at 6.30pm

Zoe Tebbutt	I will be taking a run out on 18th April at 6.30pm from The Leisure Centre, the route is just over 11 miles long and the pace will be around 11 minutes per mile. All are welcome, however, please note there are NO cutoffs on the route which I have posted on my FB page and also on the Pudsey Pacers Group page.
