Hiya,
Does anyone else suffer from this and do you have any tips please? It drives me mad.
After a run of 8+ miles I struggle to stay asleep at night. I have no problem getting to sleep, infact I'm out like a light but come 2-3 am.....ting....eyes open....brain alert....husband snoring! I got back to sleep around 5am and as you can imagine I'm not feeling the joys of spring this morning.
I've read up on it and the main advice is do a long run in the morning. Obviously not a possibility if I want to run with PP.
Any advice most welcome.
Katy
