Pudsey Pacers

Well that was fun.
Fell badly last week runnin on the mud in road shoes. Started shifting some furniture around a few days later and dislocated my shoulder.
Took three attempts, until the early hours of the morning, to get my arm back into the socket. Even more painful than an IT band session with Penny, would you believe!.
Moral of the story, get the right shoes on, you really don't want to go thro something like that.
