Anyone got any advice (or warnings) for putting bog-standard cushioned road shoes in a washing machine?

I'm no expert but if you do, I would advise a low temperature! Personally I hand wash mine! B)

I've washed mine on a very low temp and quick wash. They turned out ok but its a risk :ohmy:

good idea but you need to be wearing them at the same tlme

I did this once. Nice and clean but cushioned sole ruined. Nothing visible but as soon as I ran in them the knees told me how foolish I had been.

Dirty shoes have character and don't need washing.
