Unfortunately I am unable to take the run out on Sunday due to having to recce Leg 3 of Bradford Millenium Way. If anyone still wants to run on Sunday from the leisure centre and fancies planning the route then please post here so people know.

Alternatively if anyone wants to join me on a very steady recce as I will be learning the route for race day then let me know and we can sort out transport - details of route of leg 3 can be found on www.johncarr5k.org.uk/site/bmw-relay-course/
