The Tadcaster 10 returns after a 15 year break on the 18th Sept 2016. Now I wonder if any Pacers have done this, I'm thinking John Pop or maybe Dave Burdon?

Yep, you guessed it Andrew. Though a distant 21 years ago, I remember it well! One of my best races in hot weather (they were carting 'em away in ambulances), I won a very rare team prize, finishing 30th in 63 minutes (two Leeds City teammates finished 1st and 2nd I might add).

11 days later chugged round the Otley 10 in 64 mins.

Reading up on it, it seems the last Taddy 10 was 14 years ago (see also James Clark above), and the course seems to follow the traditional one. It certainly was flattish with country lanes, and I wouldn't advise anyone to recce it, as the roads they use have one or two sharp blind corners and are busy. But the course is "fast" if you can put up with it.
