After having a bit of a cough for the last 3 weeks I will be aiming at completing the Abbey Dash in a tad under 50 minutes. If anyone is looking for around that time you are more than welcome to join me. Hopefully there won't be a repeat of the infamous toilet incident I had with Rhea.
