All a bit of fun and a chance to gain some late points in the inhouse.

The idea.

Between Thursday and Sunday inclusive run a mile (or mile within a longer run). This must be strava'd or equivalent so I can verify your claimed time.

Send me you mile time and link to evidence. I'll publish the list of Mile times achieved and also include in the InHouse comp.

Finally - as part of this please donate to sport relief if you can. (Entirely optional though as all charitable giving should be ! - hint for 10K BBQ )

I think one of my results has been missed off the parkrun competition. I've done 9. Nostell 48, Horton 49, York 49, Fountains 50, Halifax 48, Bramley 49, Temple Newsam 49, New Year Double 50 and Lister 47.
