Social 29/31 run out quicker than you run back with the aim of running back in with someone rather than pushing to get a negative split.
Start as usual 31/29 run BUT TURN RIGHT onto Radcliffe Lane, continue ahead past the cenotaph onto Waterloo Road, you will need to cross the road carefully at some point. At Owlcoats Road TURN RIGHT and go up and over and along Cemetery Road and if you get that far then TURN LEFT down Richardshaw Lane, turning left at the bottom and heading up Bradford Road towards Dawsons Corner.
Remember it's mostly uphill on the way back!
Suitable for all runners, you can team up if you want to from the start as it's meant to be a social run.
