Training session for 7 min group tonight is Speedwork (on the assumption the temperatures do not plummet) We will be using a circuit I have used for the 8 min group which I call the Chatsworth circuit. Total running tonight will be 7 miles consisting of 1.5 mile warm up, 1 mile reccy of the circuit, then 3 miles (or near as damn to 5k) FAST before using the 1.5 mile return to the leisure centre as a recovery and cool down. The circuit we use is about as flat as you can get in Pudsey but there is some "resistance" in the middle of the loop, total ascent on the efforts is about 140feet. Please wear high vis.
