Hurt my back at work yesterday and I am on pain killers this morning so unfortunately I am going to have to drop out.

Hope you can get a substitute to stand in for me.

We (Carol & Dave) will be at the reservoir for 7pm. We'll just fill odd places if needed as we've got Ollie.
(Worth leaving plenty of time to get there and bringing insect repellent)
