I look forward to hearing what the suggested safe size of a running group is?

Come the light nights when all 200+ members turn up it will be carnage just getting in and out of the leisure centre.

I know the committee recognise the growing numbers as equally exciting and challenging - hence invite to secure more leaders/ coaches.

That said, there may also be a need for new approaches to arrange things at the Leisure Centre. Perhaps starting with a greater emphasis on advanced announcements of ALL training/ runs out on Website/ Facebook by all coaches/ leaders?

Opportunity for all good ideas (and bad ones too!) to be submitted by Pacers on recently circulated feedback forms.

Depends on the route, I'd say no runners over 1,9 metres tall where such head-banging hazards exist :P

Good points though Digger and NtS.

Now then, what about stretching and mobility? I never see anyone doing such excercises while they are gathered before a training session (apart from Roy the Boy swinging a leg, now and then).

Yeh, I was scratching my head when I read the itinerary - stretching? Mind you, the session on 'individual centred' will seem quite obvious to most runners ;-)

My training is on 20th April at 'uddersfield - anyone like to car share?
