Nowt wrong wi dreaming. I just hope you stay injury free Steve, and you can tackle all the rest when you are enjoying your running again.

Season's greetings to all.

Good luck with that, Steve. I'll just settle for being injury-free - if I lose 2 stone I'm in big trouble..........

Staying injury free is a must in order for the other things to happen - I've not had a bad year, average but steady performances so hopefully I can push on next year, losing weight wouldn't go a miss either.

Merry Christmas everyone and all the best for 2014.

I've got a dream about me and Beyonce, but that's between me and Santa... all else, well, just run, smile and enjoy the journey. Simple.

Enjoy the festive frivolities, folks!

I have a Dream standing on top of Inglebugger having been up and down Penygent and Whernside still in one piece, legs with spring in them for a gently run to Horton in Ribblesdale I fear it been a bit messier than that but cramp free would be a blessing Roll on 2014 Roll on the 3 Peaks and mainly keep injury free (which is a bit like asking for world peace) but with luck.
