Andrew Hardaker OFFLINE Platinum Boarder Posts: 349 Thank you received: 72	Tonight I will be taking out the 11min group on a run just under 6 miles. It is mostly road with a short stretch of trail. Road shoes will be fine. It will incorporate one lap of the new Bramley parkrun that starts this coming Saturday.
