Group C training session Tuesday 13th- Basically a 6.5 mile jog however there will be 5 x short high intensity blasts using strava segments. So easy running interspersed with speed intervals. The strava segments being challenged will be Crawshaw Rd sprint (0.1 mile) where I suspect Luke McQuade's 27 seconds record will be under threat, Victoria Rd (0.2 miles), Owlcotes Hill (0.4 miles), Fartown to Mill Hill (0.3 miles) and Fulneck (Gate to Gate) 0.3 miles. Some fun with easy running and recovery when not pushing hard on the nominated intervals.
