11 min group and our usual group are merging tonight for training.
We are doing a Chinese relay around Carlisle Rd\ Greenside area. We will be working in pairs over 3 dirfferent distances.
One partner runs clockwise, the other anti, then swap direction. Paul Mortimer is coming along to help. It truly is a session for all abilities. It will be a speedwork session.
