Just a reminder to those who come in my group on a tuesday, if the paths are stiill bad on tusday i won't be doing the planned speedwork session, sorry but can't afford to risk anyone getting injured
I'm assuming that there will be runs going out on the night for different abilities so if you still want to run then turn up as usual, thanks
