Will def be there not sure about the full 14 miles but will give it ago.

A couple of the ladies on Thursday evening said they might come too

Great. See you in the morning, planning a steady run, more bothered about getting the miles in and time on feet rather than how fast I do it.

Thanks to Andrew, Elaine and Sara for company today. Next long Sunday run I'm planning is 16m on 17th Feb. I'll post details closer to the date.

Thank you too everyone! It was good one in all weathers and I still feel really good (compared to last Sunday!) Great start to a sunday :)
