I will be going a steady run on Sunday morning - 7 - 8 miles (route yet to be decided!) at 9.30 - 10 min miling. If anyone would like to join me please let me know - 9am from leisure centre - but let me know by responding on here or on my mobile 07766 295572 - as if no interest I will start run from home rather than the leisure centre.
