Misled or misread? :)

Sorry Graham if you were misled by the 8 min jog recovery, it's not a pace, it's the length of recovery at your own jogging pace. We have reduced this recovery time week by week.

To be clear, after a 20 min warm up, do your first mile effort round the set circuit. Then the above 8 min interval of recovery, chatting, grumbling, grimacing whatever. Then it's your second effort followed by mass warm down, chatting, moaning, smiling.

See you there?

I won't be attending the Monday Miling sesh next Mon (3rd) NOR taking a Cross Country run out this coming Saturday (1st) as we will be away.

I suggest anyone doing the miles to keep the recovery interval at 8 minutes on Monday. I'll be thinking about you ;)

Steve, Roy, Neil, Graham, anyone else

I'm intending doing the mile efforts tonight if anyone wants to join me.

7.00 at usual spot, weather forecast is quite good.
