Well done to those of you who did the testing Guy Fawkes 10 yesterday.
Hopefully the guys around my level benefitted from the Monday Mile efforts in yesterday's race and the Brid Half.

But there is still room for improvement.

I'll be at Drig again tonight doing 2 x 1 mile (hopefully around 7:00 to 7:20 pace, that will be an effort for me) with 10 min recovery jog, 2 mile warm up and 15 min warm down.

I don't expect anyone who raced yesterday to turn up but you are welcome next week if recovered from the Spen GP final.

Hi Graham,
We meet at Moorland Rd.
Through the A58 Lights towards Halifax, first left on Station Rd and left again after 250 m. We normally park just up this road on the right opposite a company called Southgate Lighting.

We are down to 8 min jog recoveries now.
