Tonight is Hills according to the schedule.

I remain unable to run or certainly unable to keep up with you lot at the moment. Unfortunately, Andy Hardaker who has been doing a great job covering in my absence is also injured.

Therefore we will be coaching from the sidelines so to speak, and I have asked Steve Pattison to lead the runners to the area we will be running in. Basically we will be using 4 different hills all close to each other and carrying out a series of repeated efforts.
