I'm planning on doing 'several' reps of Keeper Lane, including recovery (but not including the Greyhound at Tong
). KL is approx a 200ft climb, ideal for practicing cadence and technique. Likely format will include gentle warm-up, 3x reps (plus 1x Bankhouse Lane climb), then steady return to PLC.
Distance: 4-5 miles
Ascent: 800-900 feet
Suited to anyone running in Dave B, Andrew H or John M training groups - you will attempt at your own ability level. Meet as normal 6.45 at club, but
post here if interested (I'll go earlier if no takers).
Trail shoes recommended.
