TOPIC: Group C and D - 11th August

With a shortage of coaches this week. Jon will be looking after the intermediates and Group C and D will be merged. The training will be hills. We will be returning to a course (aka Big Dipper) which I use for training on a variety of hills in Fox and Grapes/Smalewell Rd area - Involves 4 different examples of ascent and descent we will to and fro across this course for about an hour. Off road shoes will be best for grip due to heavy rain today and one of the hills being a bit of a scramble.
