Group B training

Tonight we will be doing speed efforts on the loop around Westroyd, Smalewell Rd area.

We will be going in a clockwise direction so that means there will be 10 efforts. Each lap is approx. 470m.

Hi vis should be worn now as it will be dark at the end.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
