Group C training tonight is a 6 mile hilly run. Not sure if Jon P recovered and present tonight, he may well be but if not then Group D welcome to join. John M and Sarah T not present tonight so may need a volunteer or 2 to fill in the gap between new runners group and Group B (Andy's). If anyone wishes to purchase a high vis tonight then please let me know as John M has left me a few to be made available if required. Thanks all.
