Just a quick reminder to all members that next tuesday, 8th Jan, the club will be holding the 31/29 split session instead of the Time Trials, if you would like to do it the route is the same as before but i will bring a few hard copies on the night for those who haven't done it before
If you don't fancy it then i'm sure that there will other runs going out on the night
