Its coach rotation again. Tonight we will be doing 3 x 1 mile efforts down at Stanningley Park.
Each effort will increase in pace approximately 15-20 secs each time. We will run at 10k, 5k and 3k pace. E.g. If you run a 55 min 10k the efforts will be approx 8.50, 8.30,8.10.
I then intend to repeat this session on the last Tuesday of August to see progression.
Road shoes will be fine as the loop is 80% tarmac path.
