Training for Tues 29th - Sub 50 min group. This week a 6 mile fartlek run. Efforts will be varied in distance and will involve a bit of speedy flat and downhill running and a bit of hill climbing. Plenty of recovery time included within the 6 mile run. High Vis (Really becoming a MUST on these dark nights and busier than ever roads). Thanks
